"Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, direkt am Europäischen Parlament und mit einer Tram Linie vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war voll ausgestattet, sogar mit allen Utensilien zur Selbstverpflegung. Frühstück befindet sich im 9. Stock. Es gibt Buffet mit einer tollen Auswahl von Wurst, Käse, süßem Gebäck und Säften. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Etwas überrascht hat mich beim Check-In allerdings die Kaution von 50€ pro Nacht. Da hiervon zuvor nichts zu lesen war. Alles in allem war es...

Room service quality depends on the person cleaning of the day, somehow tucks the bedsheet in together with the blanket, so when removing blanket, bedsheet comes out too. They forget to replace towels and water, but all it takes is a phone call and all problem would be solved so no issue. The front desk is amazing. The fitness center is not really a fitness center, just a sad gloomy room with a treadmill, bike and elliptical....

"Lovely, high end hotel right in the very heart of the old city. You will love the location, which makes for a very memorable trip. The room was remarkably quiet, cool, excellent sleeping. Slight sound of rushing water from the river was very pleasant. The spa was lovely, especially the hot tub overlooking the river. Less than 15 minute easy walk to the train station. "

"This hotel has excellent sound proofing from exterior street noises. We could barely hear anything. Room could be slightly larger but good for 2 guests with reasonable amount of luggages. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The service was also heartwarming. The location is also good and convenient, both to points of interests and the train station. We certainly enjoyed staying at this hotel."

"Wir haben zu 4. eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Das Ambiente ist sehr edel und gut gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das empfohlene Parkhaus war günstig und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. "
