"This was our first ski trip to Europe. The manager Sandra and her staff made for a wonderful experience. Our room was large and comfortable. Although it was immediately over the bar/restaurant, the hotel quieted down completely by about 10:15 each night. Breakfasts were amazing and we had dinner at the Seebichl twice. "As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids...

"The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room."
