"Very convenient location. Very good breakfast option. Staff were all friendly and helpful. When we stayed (June 2025), there was construction across the street which added some noise during the day, but that is not the hotel's fault and should be completed in the next few months I would expect. "

"First time in Innsbruck for a long time and pleased I got to stay at this hotel. Ease of travel to city was very good and I was given a bus pass for the duration of my stay. Particularly enjoyed the trip to old town Hall. Would stay here again if ever I was to travel to Innsbruck. Overall very pleased with my experience. "

"This older hotel was very pleasant but certainly not fancy. Breakfast was nice. Our room overlooked the lake but also the parking lot (they all do). You have to park at the far end of the town and take a shuttle. Hallstatt is very crowded of course. Look into staying just outside the village in the direction of Obertraun. Looked like some nice much quieter options there. "
