"We absolutely loved this house. It was so peaceful with just a handful of people either way you looked on the beach any day of the week or the weekend. People were so friendly and it felt like heaven on earth. The house had everything you would need and if we ever had a question about anything. We would get a response within minutes. Plenty of room for parking that was shaded which was a plus. It was perfect!!"

"The retro/beach themes of the house were cool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the screened in porch. Tides affected beach access at the end of the street, but there are other public beach access available. "

"Great Vacation Property! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go to the beach without the crowd!the house was clean and stocked with all the appliances you might need. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. There is also a toy area outside stocked with a few beach toys. "We've stayed in a few homes in the forgotten coast area, but this is probably the nicest, inside and out! The home is modern and comfortable, with lots of amenities that make the stay more enjoyable/fun. "This was our first time in Alligator Point and it was amazing! This townhome had everything you could need on vacation and more! It was extremely clean. It was decorated beautifully. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The master shower was amazing! "Our plans had to change last minute with this property as there were some unpreventable, unforseeable issues which have since been addressed. However, Vacations by Waypoint was on top of things. They instantly booked another beach home 10 seconds down the road from this one for us. We ended up at NanSeas which was a beautiful and spectacularly stocked home.
