The Best Beach-Front House “Get-A-Way” in Florida

This oversized, 4000 sq. foot multifamily building is split into three totally separate townhomes. Each of which lives as a separate house-- very quiet, private and the best part of all is that you have THREE MILES OF PRIVATE BEACHFRONT -- many days, it’s all completely to yourself-- 50 steps from your front porch. As we all know, this just does not exist in many places anymore. And I don't just mean blah, blah, beachfront, I mean a beautiful beachfront that's an adult’s, as well as a kid’s paradise. Kids and dogs run free, all of which can be watched over from the large, private front porch, holding a drink in hand and nap ‘round the corner. Just look at my pictures. I have grandchildren and there is no, I repeat no place, they would rather be than at the beach house at St. Teresa. We go as often as we can- which is why anytime it's not rented, we’re there. Another year or two and I will stop renting it again. There’s a reason why there are only 3 or 4 rentals on all of St. Teresa Beach- it’s priceless. Go see for yourself. You'll go back, I promise.

The Rising Sun is a wonderful, relaxing place to recharge your batteries. This was our fourth (or fifth?) stay and each visit has been excellent. Being able to let your pups run in the sand and water is a plus. The firepit and fires at night are very mesmerizing. Just a great place to relax!

One of the most amazing places we have ever stayed! Loved the screen porch and playing with the dogs right there on the beach. The beds slept great and had wonderful linens. Decorated so cute and trying to plan our next stay!

Our 3rd Stay

This is our 3rd summer vacation here. It is a lovely secluded beach and a wonderful home. You can’t beat the convenience of walking straight to the beach in the backyard. We have looked forward to this vacation every summer since we first stayed in 2022. As long as this rental is available we will keep coming back.

Everything was very accommodating. The beach situation was not ideal with lots of seaweed but the locals told us that was not typical. That is no fault to the property owner. We just hit a bad time period after a storm. Everything else was wonderful and nice secluded stretch of beach.

We had the best time! It is very family friendly! The kids had plenty of space to plays and run. The water was perfect and the house location is great right on the beach with a shaded front yard! The sunrise and the sunset are the best parts of the day! We will most certainly be back.

Fabulous

This place is clean, quiet, well stocked, comfortable, and just steps away from the beach. Our stay was wonderful! We spent all of our time either on the screened in back porch enjoying the view of the water, on the beach next to the water or actually in the water. The water was very shallow which made it comfortably warm. It was also very calm. We loved the house. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and both bedrooms were very comfortable. The owner was great with communications and helped us out with our fur baby. This was easily one of our best relaxing vacation.

Little piece of heaven

We absolutely loved everything about our visit and will be back as often as we can be. Everything was clean, there were plenty of beach toys for the kids, we hardly spent any time inside at all, but when we did the beds were comfortable and the living room provided enough seating for the whole family.

Great vacation spot

Great spot. Beautiful, right on the water. The property was quiet and safe, with ready access to restaurants and grocery by car. Thoughtful extras like a grill and kayaks included. Highly recommended.

Another Great Stay at the Forgotten Coast

When we come to the Rising Sun, we decompress. Mornings on the porch with coffee, a slow walk on the beach with a clear mind, then a fantastic fire in the pit while star gazing. This one is a keeper!

Life of luxury

Best VRBO ever!!! The title of the property is correct! The beds are comfort plus, the view is amazing, it is well stocked in all areas, the front porch is a dream space…can’t think of one improvement to recommend.
