The Bunkhouse was nice. Pretty small but big enough for 2 adults. I wouldn’t try to squeeze anyone else in. Futon is very small. We love the Eminence area and this is a great location. We were able to paddle, hike, and explore. The water is hot, air conditioning is cold, and it was a great homebase for us.
