"Wonderful stay! Very quiet and a great place to stay! Great location for floating the upper Jack's Fork River. Great outdoor space, also. Very clean! Town is so close but feels like your miles away. It's a great setting by the woods, but close to town. "

"My fiancè and I had a lovely time staying at this cute little cottage. The location is perfect. It's tucked away but close enough to all there is to see and do in Eminence. The hot tub in the patio with the tv was so cool. I definitely would stay here again!"

"Despite the constant, drenching rain, I enjoyed my quiet solitude retreat. The picture made me think it was more isolated than it is (there are other cabins and the trail-riding stables right across the road), but given the weather and time of year, I pretty much had the place to myself. The cabin itself is tiny, but very clean and well supplied. The hosts are very friendly and responsive and I would highly recommend if you’re in the area. "Loved staying here for our yearly float trip. Cabin was spacious and clean. Well stocked with everything you need. Loved sitting on the front porch in the evening. Mary is a very kind and warm person. Don’t worry about the road going into the property it’s not a problem at all. We will 100% stay here again!"

"We ( family of 3 & one extra preteen) had an amazing time at this property . We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Location is amazing if you're going out and exploring. We did a float from alley springs to eminence (water was a bit high so that was the float available) we used Windy's outfitters ( less then a block away) . We explored Ally springs and Rocky Falls. The communication with host leading up to check in was excellent. Getting into the property was no hassle at all. Arriving at property...

"The customer service was the only thing that rivaled how nice the cabin. These are good people with a great product.Enjoy! "

"Nice place to stay right in town, close to the river. Friendly neighbors and very clean with nice extra amenities. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Location was great plenty of room inside and out. Lots of parking. We had no wifi access and communication with manager was slow as we only used emails. She did pass her number and said feel free to call but never answered or returned a call. Overall, those were minor issues and was happy with our rental and would do so again"

"Everything about the Collier Cozy Cabin was spot on. Easy check-in. Full accommodations, Kitchen, bath, Laundry, etc.The gravel driveway is a bit steep but had no problems navigating it. Very Quiet location. The covered porch was nice during the rain we had. Would certainly recommend to a friend."

The whole area is so peaceful and beautiful. Local diner is really nice for a good meal. The property is gorgeous and we took advantage of riding it in our Bronco. The rivers in the area are so pretty. The home itself was clean and set up nicely. We're planning a return trip next spring to explore more of the area. "
