"The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking."

"Stayed there for one night. Nothing fancy but fairly new place so everything was super clean and you get al the basic amenities. The rooms are at least 30% bigger than the usual. If you’re looking for a good place to sleep at night and not socialize in the hotel , it’s an excellent place. Breakfast is standard with warm offerings. Overall very satisfying stay."

"There were no laundry rooms or a gym, but other than that it was a wonderful experience and would definitely go back again. Having restaurants in the same building makes it so much easier and you do have the option to order your food online. They also have a mini market for snacks. Overall all it was great place."

"My new favorite place to stay when we head to Galveston! Location is perfect for traveling to the island. Staff is friendly and very helpful (shoutout to Ashley and Monique). Hotel is so clean and smells great! Our room was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. And let’s not forget about breakfast! Breakfast was great!!! We will definitely be back!"

"Most beautiful property! We were in town for our cruise! Our experience with this hotel was nothing short of amazing! If we ever venture across to the Galveston area again, we will surely stay at this location!"

"AMAZING!! Prices in market were reasonable and convenient, everyone was so friendly! The lounge area had games for younger kids. The rooms are smart rooms, so if you have the Hilton app you can open your room and even control the tv. Our family had lots of fun! First time staying for our annual beach trip, we will come back next year!"

"My room was fine. The tub faucet I guess was broke there was NO cold water and I know unusual the hot was scalding. Had to change rooms so we could bathe. Next room the toilet handle was broken and would barely flush. Over all it’s nice just needs some maintenance. Breakfast was pretty good as well."

"The fridge was against a wall and the door was placed on the opposite side so you could not access the fridge, impossible to fit to open the door unless you’re a kid. We had to move it to use it."
