We booked the room that advertised a king sized bed, and it wasnt a king. It was two double mattresses pushed together. The drawback of this was my feet dangled off the bed all night long. I have a king at home and was hoping to achieve the same level of comfort. Other than that, everything was wonderful. "

"Being an Expedia partner there was no water in the room nor at arrival I booked the hotel to celebrate my anniversary and was told there is a thermal spa but the spa was out of order The bed was squealing and squeeking all night and then there was no soap in the room Cleanliness was not there Would appreciate someone looking into this"

"Our room was super clean and no bad smell. The staff was helpful and I liked that they have cold/ hot water and free coffee in the reception area. It’s highly recommended!!!"

"The rooms were well-kept and the beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bonus: Most hotels that say "breakfast included" means you'll have access to a coffee machine and maybe a muffin. This place has a breakfast buffet! - Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh bread for toast, a waffle maker, and breakfast cereals to choose from, and fresh squeezed lemonade. I felt very welcomed. Would stay again, if back in the Ottawa/Gatineau region."

"The view from my balcony was absolutely incredible! I would stay here again just because of that. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean. The shower glass was dirty, the shower drain was completely clogged and nearly overflowed the shower pan while I had a short shower, and the sheets, although clean..were very wrinkled. Also the cutlery that was thoughtfully provided, was also dirty (had remnants of someone else’s food on it). But because of the stellar view, I did enjoy my stay."
