"I had to wait for check in over 20 minutes in the lobby with noone coming out to see if I needed help. There was stairs to carry and climb to get to a room located in a odd place. The room looked nothing like the photos. The covers where stained. The curtains to the patio where gross. Roaches ran the walls. The one chair in the room was dirty.
