I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. I removed the top cover from the bed, as it appeared as though not washed and used sheets and a cotton blanket. The windows really needed cleaning and...

The pillows were also very sparse/flat and difficult to use effectively. I don't believe the fan was working in the bathroom because after a shower there was condensation everywhere. "Nice enough facility. Large room(s) that my children were delighted with. The mustard color on every surface was off-putting for me, but no one else minded. Affordable and nearby all the attractions. The indoor pool was absolutely disgusting and so noisy but that is a symptom of being a family friendly resort on a spring night that is too cold for the outdoor pool and nothing else to do at night. Overall though, lovely time, we will likely return"
