The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how close it is to the town, the little sunny yard, the lovely bedroom in the eaves and how comfortable the beds are. Malmsbury itself is a lovely town with local shops and eateries, and we did a long walk on the Saturday, following a route from a book at the house. Highly recommend "

"While the room itself was fine, the entire building was being painted while we were there and the paint fumes were unpleasant. There were two full jars of Dolmio pasta sauce sitting in the hallway for the entire duration of our stay which was weird. The building's entrance opens directly onto a busy bus stop which had a crowd of chain smoking, seedy looking types there at all hours. This meant emerging into a cloud of cigarette smoke when leaving and feeling vulnerable when entering the code...
