"Pet friendly , lovely enclosed large garden my dog was allowed to use , breakfast served in old pub area really historic & friendly helpful owners . Stayed in hikers number 1 , very clean & modern & everything provided with view of garden , easy to find & local pubs if needed . Hope to return . "

"Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating!
I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation.
I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals.
This is a small establishment and they provide very personalized thoughtful service.

"Had a brilliant stay at The Blacksmiths Arms! 🏡
From start to finish, the team were so welcoming, and the evening meal was absolutely superb. The room was spotless, comfortable, and I had a really good night’s sleep.
The complimentary breakfast was lovely — I was very tempted by the cooked option, but time wasn’t on my side this morning! ⏰🍳
As a solo female traveller with a dog, this has been one of my best stays yet. Highly recommend. 🐾💛"
