"Hotel location was wonderful but don't think you can walk from hotel if you want to go to the beach drive. "First time here and the area is unique and we really enjoyed it. Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. Hotel staff generally were 100% on top of things. Always smiling and helpful. Only thing was that our complimentary keurig was not replaced twice. "This is the 3rd time I have been here and I always enjoy my stay. All the employees are nice and always helpful. But I have noticed a decline in the all over keep of the hotel. It seems to be mismanaged and I just hope that they can turn it around. Dont get me wrong like I said the employees are great and the beach is beautiful but I did have serval employees complain to me on how they are teated by the General Manager. I know from experience if you dont treat your employees with respect things...

"Property was beautiful and very well maintained!!! Staff was exceptional!!! Price however I felt was very high. Paying $16 for a 6 ounce pour of house wine I felt was very steep. Also, I wish the added charges had been more transparent for the daily beach chair and umbrellas, and daily resort charge."
