"AC was questionable...humidity issues. room was nice but needed things repaired. We are not high maintenance, but housekeeping should replace towels, and the sink should not be backed up when we arrived."

"We got the honeymoon suite and the room was amazing let me start with that. What we did not so much like was the jacuzzi tub is really made for one person. It was a very narrow tub for it to be a honeymoon suite. The room is also not labeled so we went in circles looking for it and my husband asked one of the cleaning ladies and she wasn’t sure until she tried our key on one of the doors and it opened it up. "room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was yummy and even though it wasn't opened when we needed (volleyball tournament) they had a continental breakfast out for the girls to grab some food. only complaint is they only had "double" beds as an option for more than two people. it would have been sooooooo much nicer with queens. "Very clean hotel. The rooms were minimalistic and basic if you ask me. But the bed was really comfortable. I didn't want to get up in the mornings. For the price $300/night I was expecting way better. Everything was very basic as far as amenities. There wasn't even a hot tub. The pool is 10th floor and a but small. It's heated but still too cold for early afternoon. Perks- they have free tea and coffee service in the morning. They have free wine service around 5pm. I stayed at 3 different...

"They charged alot for room and parking charges was too much and separate, plus complimentary breakfast was mention but they don't have either tea or jam or honey in the breakfast. very limited items were there. when i asked staff they don't responded properly and just told we don't have tea or jam or any fruit. The rates were too high plus the room was also smelling like water park and the bed sheets were also very dirty and yellow"
