"Great clean hotel, great smoke free casino with sportsbook... Only complaints were we struggled with room temperature, and pillows too feathery... Requested foam pillows, they didn't bring me one. Also if you run cold, you may need to consider bringing your own blanket. There were just a few flimsy sheets on the bed. When we asked for more, they brought us up 2 not so thick, not so soft, extra blankets... Free bottled water was a plus"

"This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room.
Luckily I stayed at the Scottsdale location for the majority of my trip - I only "slept" one night here due to a flight cancellation. In future, I would head back to Scottsdale before setting foot into this location again. The...

"This was a great place to stay for our family which includes an 11 and 7 year old. They loved the waterpark, which wasn’t too crowded, and the pools near each building. The food was good, but very expensive, however there are other restaurants nearby. "

"The staff upon arrival were excellent, it was the morning staff when checking out weren't very nice or caring. For the amount we pay a night, the Holiday Inn should comp water bottles, 2 bottle per day. I did use the washer and dryer, in this area, you need to have more then just one set of washer and dryer. Breakfast was excellent, parking was excellent as well as security. I wasn't award that I was a IHG member where I could have save more. "

Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable.
We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options.
Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again."
