"It is students' accommodation far in the outskirts of Dubai. There is a restaurant and a food shop which is good. The facilities are quite good for this category of place. I stayed there because of the price and did not have high expectations, had a good stay for that money. But two things annoyed me: 1. My messages to the property "owner" were not read until after I arrived, so I got no answers to my questions 2. The property declares a "no smoking" policy but it is absolutely not enforced....

"Very clean and modern suite. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I had be in this area. The surrounding area is somewhat remote with limited food options. "

"After a long beautiful drive to get there, we were happy to find a large well appointed suite. The patio and living area were very accommodating and the bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was small in comparison to the rest of the suite. But a nice shower was appreciated. The overall condition was slightly disappointing; not well maintained and uncut grass and dusty furniture on the patio and a broken sliding door for the shower.. Regardless, we would stay there again. It would be a great...
