"This is an excellent property - very clean, comfortable and well located. Price was a bit high due to it being the week of the British Open, but overall a very good hotel. The room layout is excellent, and the location is really close to transportation, entertainment and attractions. Would definitely choose again."

"The property was spotless clean and modern. Plenty of space for everyone, in the middle of all the fun!! Location excellent - access to everything Liverpool has to offer!! Would 100% use again and would highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you."

"Excellent location literally steps from the Central Train Station . Walkable to all of Liverpool and the bus station .
Kitchenette and a convenient grocery shop nearby to stock in supplies .
Laundry open 24/7 as well as gym . Breakfast is served daily , but we did not have any . Very good experience."

"Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle.
The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...
