"Everything great from arrival to check-out. After our smooth, friendly welcome we were taken to our lovely spacious premium suite room. As well as enjoying the most comfortable bed and softest fluffy towels we were able to look out on the beautiful gardens and pool area from our large balcony. The staff here are remarkable - every one has a smile for you, they combine efficiency with a warm comforting style from management to gardeners. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of tasty foods...

"I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. "Hotel maintained their excellent standards, were attentative and supportive with our needs. The roof top swimming pool, sauna and steam room was really relaxing at the end of the day and the views were great. Great choice at breakfast.
