"Fantastic stay. Beautiful grounds, amazing scenery and thermal pools. There are ants everywhere, and some small ones got in our open snacks we had in our room, but not a big deal. I would stay here again, very nice! "

"Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano (assuming it's not cloudy and rainy). We only partially saw it since we had cloudy and rainy weather when we were there. Very close to Arenal Volcano National Park, and Arenal 1968 for more trails. Breakfast is included and is really good. We also enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant, as well as the trails on the property. The trail to the waterfall was really nice. We also enjoyed our complimentary nature walk in the morning,...

"The natural beauty surrounding the resort is stunning. Views of the volcano from the balcony were spectacular. We spent each morning on our balcony with a cup or two of coffee. Toucans paid us a vist twice. The staff did all they could to ensure our needs were met, and they're friendly and polite demeanor was so very much appreciated. A special shout out to Adrian and Nicole at the reception desk and all the restaurant staff. Plenty of activities in the area kept us busy. Animal sightings...

"Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer und obwohl das nächste Hotelzimmer nicht weit weg war, hatte man das gefühl alleine zu sein. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster dachte man, man ist mitten im Dschungel. Das Essen war sehr lecker und man kann direkt vom Hotel aus einiges erleben. Wir haben einen nightwalk mitgemacht und der war sehr spannend. "

"We were going back and forth between a few different properties and we are so glad we ended up going with this one!!! The staff was amazing and attentive (especially Hamid and Kevin), the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, the bedding was great, and the grounds made you feel like you were on a retreat. We loved the intimate feel and getting to know the staff. We were sad to leave but look forward to the opportunity to return!"

"Wonderful rooms and premises, hot springs, beautiful gardens and mountain views. Dinner at the restaurant was great - superb quality food and recipies. Enjoyed access to Titoku Hot springs - also a fantastic facility. Highly recommend Kioro suites for your vacation spot at La Fortuna!"

"Customer service was always amazing, there were so many different hot tubs at different heats, the pool was large and heated with a swim up bar, and they had a cold plunge. The view from the room was great of the volcano. "
