"I was met at the property by Rob, one of the two owners, who showed me to my room. The room was well-appointed and the bathroom was exquisitely decorated in tile and tasteful additions. Rob handed me soap wrapped in leaves from the land. He left as I settled in, but returned later to see if I would like an individual pizza as he and Monica were going out. "This place was amazing! The rum was clean but average. No air conditioning but with the window open, fan, and dehumidifier it was very tolerable. The amazing part. .the staff and wildlife! Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist. Every morning and afternoon the spider monkeys came by the patio. So many birds and other wildlife to see just walking the grounds. If you love seeing wildlife then this is the place for you! "

"The friendliness, organization and attention to detail from the staff helped make our honeymoon so smooth. We spent more time at the hotel than we initially expected but so glad we had such a wonderful landing spot to spend our time at. Between the pools, restaurants, trail, yoga, and being 6 minutes from downtown, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We thought it would just be a place for us to sleep at night and ended up being a highlight of our experience. "

"Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Beide Räume waren wie zuvor beschrieben. Unser Studio war riesig, ebenso das Bad. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück gab’s nicht als Buffet, sondern wurde frisch zubereitet. Der Pool ist angenehm groß. "

"You cannot beat the views from the property. Staff was super friendly and food was really good. They have a good breakfast with variety of options. It is about 10 minutes from town so you would need a car or to get a taxi every time you go. Ubers are cheaper. Room was great and spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi in the room. The only downside is that the tv is out of date and small."

"Our stay at this property was even better than I expected! The grounds are magical. Sitting on our private porch looking out at the beautiful view of the volcano is something I will never forget. Every single staff member we encountered was so kind and professional. Breakfast was truly amazing and again a beautiful view. I wish we had stayed longer."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is off the beaten path with each room a separate bungalow with one entire wall a window looking out on the jungle and volcano in the distance. Whe could hear Howler Monkeys at night and birds continuously. One drawback is dining choices near the hotel are very limited with only one restaurant and coffee shop within a five mile distance. Still, very enjoyable stay that gives one the sense of staying in the jungle. "
