"Basic accommodations in a cabin. I chose this place for location and parking. It was away from busy Agrigento and very close to the ocean. Short walk into San Leone for food options. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful"

"The outdoor area was spectacular - gorgeous views, beautiful pool and lots of seating areas. We also enjoyed the large well equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room area. The bedrooms were small, but the beds were comfortable and each had an ensuite toilet and shower. Be aware that the final kilometre to the property is on a narrow bumpy road, and that the toilets are very small and the lights are hooked up to noisy fans, if that's the kind of thing that may bother you or your partner! ...

"Thank you to Sergio and family for a lovely holiday. The breakfast pastries were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. Ricardo was very helpful with organizing taxis and trips. Thank you. However we were not aware, from the VRBO description of the property, that the owners were living at the villa and therefore the pool was not completely private. This did distract from our enjoyment a little but we still had a good holiday and the apartment was lovely."

"Leider eine große Enttäuschung, die Beschreibung im Text passt überhaupt nicht zu dem Objekt. Es ist zwar ein Haus aber wir hatten lediglich eine Wohnung oben, die nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist (davon stand nichts in der Beschreibung). Es gibt nur eine sehr schlecht ausgestattete Outdoor Küche und keine weitere drinnen wie beschrieben. Beim Inventar hat es an allem gemangelt, bei 8 Personen hatten wir z.B. nur 4 Tassen, viel zu wenig Besteck, Ofen der kaputt ist und vieles mehr. Die...

"We enjoyed the balcony and the view. The apartment is very spacious. We appreciated the free parking nearby and being met on arrival. Also appreciated the lift as the apartment is on the second floor. The apartment is very dark and very Italian with lots of antiques. It also had a distinctive smell which we didn’t like. It could have been from smokers - not sure. "

"The property was fairly plain on the outside, however, well secured. And then we met the teenage daughter, fluent in English, as well as four other languages. She was incredibly helpful, explaining the property as well as the surrounding area. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, spacious bathroom and sufficient small kitchen. "My family of three stayed at this apartment in May 2025. Conveniently located to restaurants and some small shops. Easy to catch an Uber to area attractions like Valley of the temples. The host went out of his way to be extremely accommodating, very communicative, and gracious. I really appreciate his customer service. The apartment itself was spacious with room for people to spread out. Loved the two bathrooms and the big kitchen. Would recommend this place to anyone! "

"Our family of 14 stayed at the villa. The house is exactly as pictured, if not better. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Carmelo was very accommodating and available for questions regarding the area. "Villa de bord de mer avec accès quasi privatif vers une petite crique peu fréquentée. Le pavillon offre toutes les commodités. La literie est de bonne qualité. L'endroit était propre et bien entretenu. Manque peut-être une petite Bialetti pour le café du matin.. Pas moyen de trouver des capsules fonctionnant sur la machine Espresso mise à disposition. A noter que les commerces de proximites sont à une petite dizaine kilomètres.de distance. "
