"The location was absolutely perfect! The room could defintely use some updating - especially the electrical plugs. However, any issues that we had were small, pretty cosmetic and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location again made all the issues small. "

"Idealer Ort für unseren Familienurlaub. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Tiefgarage ist leider etwas eng und somit nicht so gut für Familienautos geeignet, aber es klappte trotzdem mit dem Parken. Der Außenpool mit den Liegen ist großartig. Das Classic Appartement ist sehr großzügig und war für eine Familie absolut ausreichend. Für die Verdunkelung hat jedes Zimmer Fensterläden."

"Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!"

"We stayed here as we had a wedding to attend . We had a room with a partial lake view and had a veranda with a table and chairs and parasol and access to the pool. The sister hotel offer a lovely breakfast at discounted rate of €15 PP and that is on the roof top area great choice available . Staff were lovely . A fab venue in a beautiful location . "

Das Haus befindet sich mitten im engen Ortskern von Cissano und ist behutsam modernisiert, trotzdem finden sich an vielen Stellen noch Blicke auf die alte Bausubstanz. "Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhütte beim Spielpi - soo süss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! "I was in Verbania for three days with my daughter during her rhythmic gymnastics competition. This was a quiet and very well functioning place to stay while our short visit and stresful schedule with a long 14h day at the sports hall. The staff was extremely kind and kept good contact with us. The room was spacious and over all very clean. Only the bathroom cabinet was dusty but other than that everything was spotless and a huge plus for very well funtioning AC. The bathroom was also spacious...

"Brilliant location "

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "
