"We stayed in Cabin no:1 which had beautiful garden & beach views from the front deck. There was a bbq, outdoor setting and a bench with stools which was perfect for sitting back relaxing with a drink or two. Inside was clean, spacious and well equipped with a washing machine & dryer if needed. 1770 Sunset Cabins is perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway."

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was that it faced the beach - about a one minute walk away. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves in bed. Would've stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked out."

"We came up to Agnes Water for the September school holidays and we were not disappointed we had great accommodation a five minute walk to the shops and another five to main beach. A five minute drive up to Seventeen Seventy where you can swim paddle board and go fishing. Thank you so much for our stay looking forward to coming back soon"

"While the place was clean and tidy and comfortable it was more a tiny space rather than a tiny home. A good tiny home utlises the space well. We felt that there were elements of the space that could be improved. For instance, and most particularly we did not like the outdoor table that was used as the inside table, it did not fit well into the space. Shelves on walls would be useful. "I can highly recommend Bayview. It was exactly as described. The home was very clean and very well appointed. This was our first BnB where we have taken our Golden Retriever and it was perfect for him. The yard was fully lawned & fenced and safe. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and the booking agent. Very happy."

"AWESOME, the house was beautiful, location was perfect. The first thing I noticed was how fresh and clean the house was. I wish I could have rented this property when my children were little, the owner’s attention to detail is incredible. EVERYTHING was provided, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, porticot, bouncers, EVERYTHING. There was plenty of room and the house was beautifully decorated. I will be making cake by the ocean my regular holiday rental and I can’t wait to bring my grandkids...
