Me and my girls were in between moving in and out of different homes and spent 10 nights here - It was perfect and what we needed during the transition! Being right on the water was a dream come true - especially the views waking up first thing in the morning and then around sunset. The owner, Carlos was very quick to answer any questions we had and quick to help with anything we needed. My girls LOVED the hot tub, it was very clean and always...

"Had an enjoyable stay at Black Lake. Cottage was clean and furniture comfy.. There are quite a few stairs to get to the lake which provided beautiful sunsets. My spouse and granddaughter enjoyed the kayaks which were on site.Kitchen was well stocked and provided all we needed to prepare our meals. Two lovely decks enhanced the stay. "

"Great condo stay. Clean and comfortable and 10 minutes to Harbor and Petoskey. New updated and great communication with the host. "

"Perfect location, on the water dock space for a boat and the cabin was quaint small log cabin.Everything we needed except food and beverages was provided along with K-Cup for the coffee maker. Excellent restaurant across the street within walking distance. WiFi provided, streaming smart TV, comfy bed, linens and towels. We will likely return another year!"

"The condo was as represented and very clean when we arrived. The AC was on so when we entered the condo was nice and comfortable. Which is very considerate as it was hot and humid and having to move in to hot place would not a great experience. So we started off in a cool place and comfortable time our whole trip. "
