"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"DO NOT BOOK WITH EXPEDIA!!!! Stayed at Element 2 nights, no hot water either night. Informed at check out and was told to contact manager. Emailed manager, told me because I booked with a "3rd party" site he could not help with rate adjustment. Contacted Expedia, they informed me that they could not reach hotel and could not help with refund unless manager approves it. Seems like everyone is pointing fingers at the other. I have booked multiple times with Expedia, this will be my last!"

"I booked this property through Expedia as I have booked through Expedia for 10 years. I paid through the app like I always do. Somehow when I got to this particular property the payment that I made on Expedia was just a “hold” and I needed to pay them directly. I have not yet received a refund and had to reach out to Expedia the next week. They are working to get this resolved so my issues it not with Expedia but instead this property."

"We loved staying at Lorenzo it was a unique hotel with art everywhere. The room also had some personality, it was such a cool experience compared to standard hotel rooms everywhere else. The staff was 10/10 and so helpful/accommodating. We took the time to walk around the hotel and there were so many photo ops. Hotel was clean. It was a great stay, and the price was very affordable compared to other hotels"

"This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location!! The attached restaurants are very good, the staff is very friendly. However, the room configuration is extremely strange with the bathroom essentially subdivided by a hallway. There’s no privacy, including a beveled door for the toilet lol not sure who thought that was a good idea?! Also, the pool is incredibly small. Perhaps I should’ve known that, but from the pictures, it looks dramatically different."

"We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...
