"We stayed one night for a concert. The hotel is very nice and conveniently located to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the sink is outside the bathroom. Some people might like that but I have never been a fan. Shower was fantastic. I didn't have the breakfast the next morning but some of my group did and they said it was good. I would stay there again. "

"This hotel was a beautiful old building with unique architecture and comfortable, high-ceiling rooms. It was in a great location, allowing for easy walking to the arena, waterfront, and free tram. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a large population of homeless in the area that can make one feel unsafe, especially at night. It is not the fault of the hotel just an unfortunate reality of the times."

"The hotel is centrally located downtown with easy walking distance to most important things. Well kept and very clean. Inside the hotel lobby is some of the original architecture from early 1900's."

"Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...

"This hotel is very clean and overall quiet."

"The parking was a bit confusing as i turned into a gated lot and did not have room key with me. I hadnt checked in yet. The gate wouldn't raise and i couldnt back out onto a busy street. Then magically for no explained reason it opened. This was on the lobby level,entrance on side. The bar has a limited menu for breakfast. Better bet is to visit Tim Horton's across the street "
