We also asked for clean towels at 8am when we left the hotel only to return later at nearly 4pm with no clean towels to use. "We ordered a room, and paid for a specific room. The hotel was apparently going through “random renovations.” However, no one communicated with us and informed us of any change in our stay. We understand the issue with using a third party site. Although we used a third party site, the hotel staff was not only rude when explaining the situation, but they were unwilling to compensate us in any way shape or form.
