When we arrived between 12:30 and 1pm, called multiple time for pickup request, the front desk person insisted the shuttle service was done at 12:30pm, we need to wait next shift person who will start at 3PM. So we have no choice but to at airport for more than two hours.

The hotel itself was absolutely amazing! 😻 It was clean, comfortable, modern, and conveniently located near the airport, which made traveling for business incredibly easy. The bartender deserves a special shoutout—he was friendly, welcoming, and truly made our stay so much more enjoyable. He was definitely the highlight of our trip!

"We didn't like the presence of a disinfectant odor in the room. We had to change rooms due to the chemical burning our eyes in the first room. The second room also had the same burning sensation except in lower concentration. The air conditioner made a noise, and it was very close to the bed. We couldn't turn the fan off. It was a very long night, and morning couldn't come soon enough. We had to return home for rest.
The breakfast was ok."
