"Wir waren zum ersten Mal im WENS Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Da wir familiär mehrmals im Jahr in Mainz und Umgebung sind, werden wir bestimmt häufiger ins WENS Hotel gehen. Der Check-In war kurz und freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte sind von Rituals, die Dusche hat eine Regenfallfunktion und täglich gibt es kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und sehr gute Säfte und Limonaden von Rauch in der Minibar. Alles im Preis enthalten. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend viele am und um das...

"Die Kabel am Fernseher waren locker und rausgerissen und kein Empfang möglich. Bei der Dusche kam das Wasser am Anschluss raus gespritzt so das aus dem Duschkopf kein Wasser kam. Die Schubladen vom Nacht Schrank waren von innen mit irgendwas extrem verschmiert. Für 5 Sterne und den Preis ist dieser Zustand nicht akzeptabel. Da die Übernachtung ein Geschenk war und ich nicht selber gebucht hatte, habe ich die Mängel selber behoben. "

"Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Unser Zimmer war sauber und hatte keinen Teppich. Das ist für uns noch wichtig. Wir bevorzugen Zimmer ohne Spannteppiche. Es gibt jedoch auch Zimmer mit Teppich. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht gebucht, da es in der Nahen Umgebung genug Auswahl gab. "

"It's a unique property, built in the 19th century. The suite is on the 3rd floor, the staff was very helpful to move our luggage to and from the room, as there's no elevator. There's no AC in the room, it wasn't necessary in May. The bathroom is clean and luxurious with soaking tub and shower. There's no drinking water provided in the room, bottled water is available in the mini bar. Location is in between Drosselgrasse and Eltville. The restaurant is amazing. "

"Ein großes Lob für den Fotografen. Bild und Wirklichkeit sind sehr unterschiedlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Einfache Zimmertüren alles alt und herunter gekommen. Hier müsste dringend was gemacht werden. Personal freundlich und bemüht. "

"I had a great stay,, the hotel is the perfect location with access to the river, amazing outdoor site, great restaurant, super clean and comfortable bed , so quiet and relaxing with a great tv channels , also an Arabic channels and that’s made me didn’t want to go out, the front desk were so friendly and welcoming , they have a parking garage and also a free street parking, I recommend this hotel "
