"This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk said the key controls the lights. I looked at him puzzled like what are you talking about and he said you gotta put your key in in order to turn on the light. That was not clear direction. I said I don’t know what you mean and he said - well. You gotta put it in the holder so when I got to the room, I finally understood, but it was not clear direction and he seemed annoyed. "The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! "

"Took a very long time to check in because one clerk could not get into the computer system. This is an older building w outside room doors and no elevator. My room directly faced a pair of huge electrical conduit boxes sitting in parking spaces. I could not get the shower to function."

"Felt like I was walking into a jail and the front desk guy was extremely rude. The bed was very cheap uncomfortable and reminded me of a pull out bed from my couch. The pillows were a disappointment better off using my backpack as a pillow."
