"If you love shopping at Myeongdong, then no other hotel better value than Hotel 28. In the hub of MD and this hotel is very new. Their breakfast is superb and is very reasonably priced. Staff is all fluent in English. I used to stay at The Westin Chosun only in the past 20 years. But Hotel 28 beats The Westin in every aspect. And it is 50% cheaper than The Westin. "

"Great location for a short stay being very handy to everything. Cleaning staff was working very hard to keep up the appearance. Cafe on the 1st floor was good but poor choices for breakfast in the basement 2. Reception staff were friendly. Some were more than others. The main problem is; The hotel itself was old and limited space and facilities. Staying long term was definitely a mistake. Noises from next door or corridor especially through the front door was unbearable especially at night....

"It's hard to imagine a more perfect location for a hotel, right in front of Jogyesa and with direct access to Insadong. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of Jogyesa from above! Staff was helpful and spoke very good English. The only thing I didn't love was breakfast, as most of the supposedly warm food was kind of cold, and the rice at the bibimbap station (which I otherwise enjoyed) was a bit sticky and overcooked compared to other places we stayed. It wouldn't stop me...

"Perfect for a stay in Myeongdong. We did pick this property for our last shopping spree just after coming back from Jeju and it was great for doing back and forth trips with our bags from the shops in the area. The room was and had a great bathroom. This accomodation feels pretty contemporary and modern. Check in and check out were super easy, and we had all the basics covered for staying the night. To be clear, this is a hotel where the location is the main attraction - not the facilities - yet...

"Hotel was in a good area, near train station and near many restaurants. It is quiet at night and walkable distance to Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong area. Hotel room was quite big and washroom was a good size. There is also a gym and swimming pool. "

"Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, location is walking distance to Myeongdong street, and steps away to subway and bus stations. Also same building with to Starbucks and 7-Eleven and McDonalds is just across the street. Rooms are a bit cramped though for a family of 4 but overall was a good stay. "
