"This hotel is amazing and has everything you’ll need, it’s actually more of a 5-star hotel. The service was perfect, we loved all the staff here. Eirini and Nikki in the reception were so nice and welcoming and helped us make the most of our stay in Mykonos. "please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you...
