"Delightful experience! Loved hanging on deck. A little dated and only 1 shower. But i would rent it again. "

"Great home for beach lovers of all ages. We had a 4 month old and 82 year old. Elevator was great. We had 105 heat index and the location enabled us to easily go back and forth to the beach as it was right at your door. Mom and baby sat under the deck and were able to have the ocean breeze why staying out of the sun. Moontide is 5 stars!. "

"The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. "

"Great house layout with ample covered parking. House and grounds were great for dogs. Nice big rooms and plenty of space. Kitchen has everything. Bring bath mat or extra towel for shower floor. Porch is enclosed which is nice for kids and dogs. Clean with good WiFi."

"We rented High Seas for our annual extended family beach week. We own a 7 bedroom house on the beach nearby so this was the overflow house and worked wonderfully in that capacity. I stayed at High Seas. It was clean and in great shape with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely hope to stay there again next year!"

"In a quite neighborhood 10 minutes to Folly Beach and 20 minutes to Charleston at reasonable price. Clean, two bedrooms, 3beds, great air-conditioning, grill area and screened in patio. I would stay again. Nate took good care of me"

"Very clean and comfortable stay. The place was well equipped, the linens and beds comfortable and the owners were helpful and sweet. The location is about 15 to most activities in Charleston. It was an easy drive. Highly recommend. "

"Beautiful property steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious. The parking lot was very dark at night, so I would suggest making sure you have your phone/flashlight with you if you need to go to your car. Would definitely stay again."
