"The provisions were really mean. There was no firewood in the house or close by. Instead we had to go out under the house in the dark and carry firewood up in broken buckets. There was very little kindling and we had to buy our own the next day. There were no wine glasses and no provision to make proper coffee (no plunger or coffee machine). There was a dried out jar of unusable instant coffee. The bathroom has been incorporated into the laundry / utility room. There were no tissues or bin...

"All in all we had a good stay there. Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed.
Beds were comfy, everything worked and thank god there was enough heating as it was FREEZING COLD down there.
It is a bit tricky to find at first off badger rd. I would not like to be arriving at night and having to find the entrance!
