"The listing states that the pool is heated, however it is not. The water was freezing and it’s covered so there’s no way to warm it up. There was no WiFi connection and I had no service while there."

"The Ladies at the front desk are so awesome, friendly and helpful. The lady running the breakfast was very nice, however , a lot of the prepared food was overcooked and burnt. The hotel is not well maintained. The elevator doors are greasy looking, the hallway carpets are filthy and the walls all over are dirty. They had a generous spread for breakfast, too bad so much was burnt."

"The room was very clean. A simple continental breakfast (yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, etc) was included. My pet was welcomed and the area around the hotel was safe for walking him. I was in town during a busy weekend and parking was a little bit limited, but not impossible. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again."

We get to the room and it’s HOT. The air conditioner says 65, so we brought it down to 60. While waiting & getting ready for our night I notice how dirty and poorly cleaned things were. "The hotel was very well maintained. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Some of this fitness equipment did not seem to work and the whirlpool was out of order which was a bummer but I hope the next time I stop by they’ll be available! Staff was very helpful and nice as well."

"Great option for the price. Clean sheets and clean mattress which is what I look for. Needed dusting and sweeping of floors and not the cleanest walls/door/corners. Great air conditioning, fridge, microwave"
