"The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. We arrived late due to the snow delaying us with blocked roads, and detours. The restaurant had closed, but they opened it up for us. The fish and chips were great. Great full Scottish breakfast set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again if up that way. The staff are very friendly and could not do enough to help. "

"Customer service was excellent and good availability of car parking. Close proximity to the P&J arena. From the photos on the website I thought the rooms might be a bit outdated but on arrival it actually had a cosy and welcoming feel about it. Room was comfortable and heating was on when we arrived which was really appreciated as it was a cold evening. Room was clean and facilities were great. Bathroom was spotless and towels were white and fluffy. Plenty of tea and coffee and even some hot...

"After the hustle and bustle of the city, Chapel of Barras was just what the Dr. ordered. I’m traveling for pleasure, but also to finish a book I’ve been putting off, and this was a perfect stop. It was peaceful, quiet, perfect for my early morning yoga—followed by a delightful and filling homemade breakfast—a couple hours walking, then plenty of uninterrupted time to put pen to paper. Michelle and David were especially lovely: 10/10 would recommen. "
