Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning)."

Reception staff were okay really.
Very very disappointed with parking,on website it states small car park first come first serve which was fine BUT when we arrived the car park was cordoned off which meant we had to park at the NPC @£32 which we did not budget for so disappointed!
Food menus not up to much and while a no smoking hotel,the terrible terrible smell of marijuana on the 2nd floor was overwhelming"
