"When we go to our room (5th floor). There was a huge cockroach in our room. We went to reception and wanted to change our room but hotel was full. They gave us complimentary breakfast for our stay which is nice. And they said they will change the sheets. But the housekeeper gave us sheets and left the room without changing it. And there were no new pillow cases also. Other day they changed our room and upgraded it. Except housekeeping part, they were helpful."

"Everything at the hotel was amazing. Clean, friendly staff, and all the amenities were great at the beach and pool. They were able to accommodate an early check in for us which was great! There isn’t anything walking distance but everything was a short and easy drive. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay here again in the future!"
