When I arrived I asked and the person told me that they don’t have handicap shower rooms with two beds. But he was very kind and got me a shower chair. Problem is. I can’t step over the tub to get into the ton/shower combo. But the staff was very nice and accommodating."

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised. The pictures are misleading. The property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways. The hallway carpets were stained, worn, and felt filthy. Our room was dirty when we arrived, and several amenities were broken, making our stay even more frustrating. The rooms are outdated and in need of major renovations. "Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful even with things not related to the property. Breakfast was very good, but l would have liked a better selection of yogurt. There was only one. If you rely on Google maps to get you back to the property from the south on 410, it tells you to turn left on Jones Maltsberger and then right into the parking lot, but it is the parking lot of the wrong hotel and you can’t get through to the Heritage Inn. Very frustrating."

We got to the hotel at 11:30 and they had canceled my reservation and given my room away. Once I showed them my confirmation and the email I received they found an empty room and I was able to stay there. The hotel room was clean but the bathroom was small with an outdated tub that was just big enough...
