"We arrived early (like 9AM) and the hotel was "under pressure" to give us our room ASAP. So we booked two beds in a room, we reminded them about the two beds, yet we got the single king bed setup in our room. They made good on the bed configuration relatively quickly and from then on, the stay was perfect. We liked the room, the luxury toiletries provided, the concierge service was extremely helpful, and we dined in all three restaurants, and the experience was really 5 start plus. Will stay...

"Desk said they would email when the room was ready and they didn’t. My wife requested an iron which never came. The room was really nothing special considering its “5 star” rating. Room had an unusual smell akin to a wet dog. Next time I’ll just select a Marriott property. Bartenders and wait staff were great. Didn’t receive any perks or upgrades but not sure we were supposed to."
