"It’s a stretch to call this hotel 5 stars. It’s nice and the staff are very friendly but it’s outdated. The pool area is lovely. Service is friendly but terrible. You literally have to chase staff to get a drink or order lunch and they have an amazing ability to not make eye contact with you if you want something. "Excellent room with great space and facilities for a small family. Pool, gym and spa all first class! Breakfast good if you come early, little bit of improvement could be made for those arrive late morning. Egg station is to die for though!"
