"World class hotel. Location is superb. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner location (same as breakfast) can’t be beat but would eat elsewhere- there are so many options in Taormina. A true treat and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Bravo!"

"Positief: personeel bij incheckbalie en ontvangst in het algemeen. De kamers zijn echt top, schoon en ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt wat je van een 5 sterren hotel mag verwachten. Het ontbijtbuffet is ook werkelijk over de top. Echter, dan blijkt het diner buffet een grote illusie, in ons geval dan. Veel gerechten waren op en werden niet meer bijgevuld, ondanks dat het buffet nog een uur open was. Ook het personeel in het buffet restaurant is moeilijk te benaderen en wanneer wij met 6...

"Beautiful hotel right on the waterfront with parking (paid) just in front. Excellent service and breakfasts. Room elegant with high ceilings but would benefit from air conditioning for the summer months. Easy walking to seafront and around Ortigia. "

"Luxury accommodations. Excellent service and the rooms (suites) are huge. The highlight of the room was the shower - it is just amazing. We were a family of four and we loved it. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo Plaza (5 minutes) but set back enough that it feels much more private and low key. "

"The moment we checked in we knew we were in good hands, the manager and his wife greeted us with a warm, professional and friendly welcome . The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Every ! staff member was helpful, professional and friendly. Our room was very cleaned, quiet and large. "The most incredible hotel in Taormina. I have stayed in the other two and the Palazzo Vecchio is by far the best. It is situated beautifully above and set back from the main promenade and has the finest rooftop terrace I have experienced. The staff - especially the restaurant were wonderfully accommodating. Our room was gorgeous, large and incredibly well-furnished. Bravo!"
