"Katia and her staff were welcoming and friendly. Katia wears many hats as host/owner, chef, bartender and more. And she excels at it all! They work hard to accommodate any and all reasonable requests. The views from our room, the rooftop and pool areas were beautiful! Rooms were clean and a very nice size. "The Suite was very nice and luxurious with lots of towels and amenities that we needed. Very calming with a great view. The service was amazing, always on time fresh breakfast. They even brought me a special salsa as requested. They also did laundry daily as needed especialy with all the water activities and rain. I highly recommended this hotel, we will be coming back. Make sure to book a 4x4, its agood drive up hill, but definitely worth it! "
