My daughter and I planned a girls trip and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff, shoutout to Sebastian and Karla, could t have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Harry the GM gave us a lot of good suggestions for local spots. We went fishing and caught mahi mahi and yellow fin and Chef made us some amazing meals from that catch. Memories for a lifetime!

We went for the standard room but it was beautiful and spacious and very clean. They came twice a day to service the rooms and did a wonderful job. The pool is the best we have ever experienced… always a lovely temperature and great design. Areas for improvement: more sun beds around the pool (a couple of times there were none available) and yoga should be included free of charge for guests. Every other hotel we stayed in during our trip had this included - when you pay a lot for the room you don’t expect to be charged for these services.

Very boutique small private safe hotel on ocean however VERY expensive for what you get! Ritz / 4 seasons pricing very $$$ would prob rent a 5 bedroom house next time for that much money! Should be all inclusive for $700 night

Just returned from a recent stay at Hotel Nantipa. We have nothing but excellent things to say about the hotel and staff. The property is well maintained and the staff is extraordinary. What minor issues we had were handled promptly and professionally. We look forward to a return visit to this exceptional area.

Incredible Serenity in Santa Teresa

We stayed here at the end of our trip to Costa Rica. It was exactly what we were looking for. The property was calm and tranquil with lush green grounds and right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and personable. Gorgeous pool and very comfortable suites. We loved the yoga classes and spa. Don’t miss the sunset at Manzu, make sure you book a table in the sand. We hope to return!

Don’t hesitate BOOK!

The BEST hotel in Santa Teresa if not one of the best beach hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I extended my stay twice on the same vacation. The amazing and kind people make this place even better! The location is the best in the area and vibe / grounds are incredible. There is no other resort like this in the area. Walkable to everything and luxurious. The beds are the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is nice, but it is definitely not a luxury hotel as described. It is a nice upper class hotel but not the luxury hotel that they speak of. There are a lot of little things missing from it to be considered that. Is it worth the money that you’re paying? I wouldn’t do it again. If you need ice late in the evening after the restaurant is closed you’re out of luck. There was space between the door and the floor, where the centipede or worms could get in to your room which happened every day. The lounge chairs around the pool area were a little dirty, and it wasn’t crowded. There was also no service around the pool area unless you went to the restaurant and asked for it which I didn’t think you should have to do it a luxury hotel. They should’ve had some lemongrass or some oils burning around the property to help control the mosquitoes and the bugs. I understand. I’m in the middle of the jungle and there’s gonna be bugs, but this was excessive and there was nothing being done to help deter the bugs away. Something simple as burning an oil with lemon grass or something along those lines would’ve helped immensely and they could’ve done that all around the property. Also understand that yes you’re right on the beach but if you’re a surfer, it is not a good area. It is very rocky. You have to walk 15 minutes one way or the other down the beach. There are no chairs or umbrellas for the beach. Which is something I would expect from a luxury hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at Nantipa. Their staff is all amazing and so attentive. They truly care about their customers & every interaction we had with them was pleasant. They day we arrived it was my husbands birthday, they had a mini birthday cake waiting for us in our room. The day we were leaving they left us a little gift in our room & even offered to pack a breakfast box to go since we had to leave really early In the morning. It's details like this that make customers happy and want to return. Thank you all for making our stay here wonderful. Would recommend this place to anyone. 10000/10

nice property but better for a place like tulum or cabo. sticks out like a sore thumb in Santa Teresa and will be sad if others like this develop in the area. food is delicious but can get better bang for buck at other local places. service and employees are absolutely wonderful - helpful and gracious. no phone wifi and tv were semi-understandable given the fact that the place has only been open for less than a month but really should have warned the customer or offered a discount.

This was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. I cannot wait to come back. I am already thinking about it. The location, the beach, the pool, the staff, the restaurant was absolutely amazing. I never experienced anything like it. The room was beautiful and spacious and very very clean. The housekeeping did an amazing job with keeping it clean during my stay. Once again, cannot wait to return!

Staff was amazing at this property and the overall vibe was wonderful. Amazing pool (I HATE pools but this one I had to go in). Hotel beachfront is one of the better and higher class feeling beachfronts in the immediate area. The room was very nice, cold A/C (central ac! hard to find in Costa Rica), and clean. Regarding the area, it was my first time in Santa Teresa. There are some great restaurants in the area but overall it felt like a sketchy town at night and very dusty/dirty due to the roads not being paved. I know this area has a great reputation for tourism which is why I wanted to check it out but it will probably be my last time in the area.

We stayed in a beach front bungalow and it was absolutely fabulous! The bungalow was very private with a pool and outdoor shower, all right on the beach. The beach in front to the bungalows is private and there was a security guard there the whole time keeping people moving on by. The staff did an amazing job with keeping the grounds clean and looking pretty. The room was spacious, modern and very clean! The food at the restaurant was good as well. 5 Stars all around! I hope to return again very soon.
