"Staff was great! Location is conveniently located to everything! Only thing I’d suggest is book chairs on beach early - it’s for a fee but very nice to have an umbrella! Also, pool area is very small so if you want a chair at the pool, you need to go at like 8 in the morning to reserve. "

"The staff were wonderful, very helpful. The furniture in the lobby is shabby and needs replacing. The breakfast area is always busy and there aren't always seats available to eat. The food is decent, not a huge choice, but not bad. The location is also great. One block from the tour bus stop. One block from the beach. And lots of shopping and food nearby. The HVAC unit in the room was very quiet and worked well. And the shower was awesome."

One thing to be careful about when booking through a third party like Expedia: they may show rooms with features like a balcony and ocean view, but you could end up with a much smaller, less desirable room. In my case, the fine print indicated there was no balcony. That said, the staff at the Sheraton were fantastic. They helped move me to a different room that was a bit larger. It still didn’t have a patio, but I didn’t mind thanks...

"We didn’t get to check in till way after our original scheduled check in time and neither did like 30 other people. Waited in line while essentially one guy assisted everyone. He was very nice and explained no one cleaned the rooms. So hours later we got to check in just to find our room dirty. I spoke with another guy who was extremely rude, the last thing you want to do is sit waiting for hours after travel to get into your room. The bald headed dude should be fired along with the cleaning...
