"Location is excellent. Accessible transportation and close to most of places of interests/ to visits. Only thing is shower room which has no curtain or door to prevent water splatters on the bathroom floors. Sraff are very helpful"

"Great place when you finally figure out how to check in. The check in is at the hotel across the street. We were coming in late and thankfully we ran into some people who directed us to where we needed to be. Nice and clean. Think windows and walls. Can hear lots of you are a sensitive sleeper. We had to get up and leave in the morning so it wasn't too disruptive to us"

"Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained. No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying."

"Excellent location and communication from the hosts. It’s a small room, so best for one, or two at a squeeze. If you’re a light sleeper though I wouldn’t recommend as there is some noise from the street and neighboring apartments. Overall a good place for a short stay in a convenient location. "

"It was a good stay for us. We were able to sleep well despite the trains. We took the bus from Kensal House to Ladebroke Grove and from there the underground. The bus station can be reached quickly via a flight of stairs. When we came back in the evening, there is a smaller Sansburry's right next to Ladebroke Grove station which is open until 23:00. "
