"Great hotel, no parking, terrible front desk staff. Got there at 1am after a whole day of driving, to leave at 6am, the front desk person was horrible, didn’t give us the welcome gift/points Marriott Platinum Elite members are to receive when booking a room. "Great property and excellent breakfast. Good location also"

"Great room with a great location"

"Gabriela en el lobby fue muy atenta, y contesto nuestras preguntas con gusto"

"We stayed at the Libere Bilbao Hotel for one night in October. The hotel was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We were two adults and one teenager. Although the room was quite small, it was sufficient for the three of us.Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, our room was quiet and peaceful. "Clean and centrally located hotel, yet quiet for a good night's sleep. Would stay again. The only thing I missed was a tea kettle, but no big deal."

"Nicely located, about 10 mins walk from the train station. Supermarket and laundromat within 5 mins walk. The center of the city is about 15 mins walk but metro station is only 6 mins walk away. There is a kettle in the room, there are tea bags provided but no coffee provided. The room was spacious, clean, nice bathroom, A/C work well and quiet."
