"Nice clean hotel"

"Great stay for a few nights. The property and the rooms are a bit old looking but overall nice enough for what we needed. We had to ask several times for hand soap because there wasn't any in our room, but they got us some eventually. The hotel breakfast is amazing, so many options for a buffet. I was really impressed. The restaurant was very good too."

"We love the hotel as it has access to the Singkawang Grand Mall. We can eat in variety of restaurants, shopping, grocery and window shopping. The hotel has a.large and nice swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise."
