"We love the hotel as it has access to the Singkawang Grand Mall. We can eat in variety of restaurants, shopping, grocery and window shopping. The hotel has a.large and nice swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise."

"Het hotel was gedateerd. Zwembad stonk en er was geen gezelligheid in de bar. Ondeskundig personeel. Ik moest zelf vertellen hoe je een gin tonic moest maken. Op de rooftop wisten ze ook geen cocktails te maken. Bij het ontbijt stonk het erg naar sigaretten rook, de deur van de rookkamer was aldoor open. Heel vervelend voor mensen die niet roken. "
