"We stayed for three days, for family and friends events. The hotel was in an ideal location near transit to get to various parts of town, ranging from the East End to West End. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, cleaners were efficient and the room was well set up. We had breakfast and one dinner in the hotel dining room and found the selection and service was professional. "

"Fantastic hotel! I was a little leery entering the airport and seeing the chaos not to mention the packed parking garage. However, keep driving up the ramp and the signs for the hotel appear. When you reach the 5th level it’s like entering another world! Plenty of parking, beautiful views, impressive hotel lobby, first class service and amenities. Will definitely stay again. "

"I stayed for 5 days and it was a great stay. I was celebrating a birthday for a parent and I asked for a reduction on the security deposit to make sure I could celebrate my parents first time out the country/Birthday right..They reduced it and my parent had a great time in Toronto and for that one reason they are a 5 star in my book"
